Experience
At Lime Wire, I was one of the principal developers of LimeSpot, a social publishing site built with Ruby on Rails. Within a small team, I helped to plan features and releases, manage designers and developers, and promote good coding practices such as test-driven development and distributed revision control.
I learned the art of web development at Xplana, developing PHP web applications for the education market. I supported many projects before eventually spearheading Image Vault, an image database/presentation app that allowed art history professors to create custom slideshows.
Bartlett provides personnel and custom equipment to the nuclear industry, and my help with the latter involved the design and manufacture of handheld radiation survey equipment. Later, I traveled to Oak Ridge, TN and Rocky Flats, CO to overview the initial launch and develop a workflow and data management system.
